If I'm not wrong, people say that "The eyes are the windows of the soul" or something along that line. Now, I'd like to make up a new phrase, and that is "Music is the heart of the soul".
I was listening to some songs that I loved listening to last time, and they really brought back a lot of memories -- all the way back from times like:
1. My tongue being pulled by this teacher (Mr. Teo) who is very nice, and hilarious. I kinda miss him (I'm not gay, just that he's a really nice teacher!) and am wondering how he's doing and what school he's teaching at.
2. Sleeping and listening to music (with my discman) in class when I was in upper primary.
3. Play cards after exams, and going to Comics Connection to look buy cards (which is kinda rare in TK now).
4. Going to my best friend's house to play computer (Maple and Gunbound), who also enjoyed listening to the same songs as I did. Haha!
5. And... having a long-term crush for this girl (Lol!).
Those were the days when I really had great fun in school (unlike now). Unfortunately, there are no pictures I can post up.
And of course, the memories that have been kept in me ever since I was Secondary One all the way till now.
I really want those times, back. ):
Valentine's Day by Linkin Park
My insides all turned to ash, so slow
And blew away as I collapsed, so cold
A black wind took them away, from sight
And now the darkness over day, that night
And the clouds above move closer
Looking so dissatisfied
But the heartless wind kept blowing, blowing
I used to be my own protection, but not now
Cause my path has lost direction, somehow
A black wind took you away, from sight
And now the darkness over day, that night
And the clouds above move closer
Looking so dissatisfied
And the ground below grew colder
As they put you down inside
But the heartless wind kept blowing, blowing
So now you're gone, and I was wrong
I never knew what it was like, to be alone
On a Valentine's Day, on a Valentine's Day
On a Valentine's Day, on a Valentine's Day
On a Valentine's Day, on a Valentine's Day
(I used to be my own protection, but not now)
On a Valentine's Day, on a Valentine's Day
(Cause my mind has lost direction, somehow)
On a Valentine's Day, on a Valentine's Day
(I used to be my own protection, but not now)
On a Valentine's Day, on a Valentine's Day
(Cause my mind has lost direction, somehow)
